Phoenix with spread wings arising from the flames; above, rays of the rising sun and cross; the whole within a circle of pearls; around, ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ✶ ✶ ΠΟΛΙΤΕΙΑ αωκα' = 1821 in Greek alphabetic numerals. Rev. ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΤΗΣ Ι.Α. ΚΑΠΟΔΙΣΤΡΙΑΣ 1830᛫ around a wreath of olive and laurel enclosing the denomination, 5 / ΛΕΠΤA in two lines. Chase 242 (H/h). Divo 5a. Karamitsos 11.5. KM 6. "Big phoenix" variety. Graded by NGC "VF 35 BN". Cert number: 2908886-015.

ARCADIA. Heraea. Septimius Severus, 193-211. Assarion (Bronze, 22 mm, 4.82 g, 5 h). ΛOV CEΠ CEO – VHPOC ΠEPT Laureate and curaissed bust of Septimius Severus to right. Rev. HEPA – EΩN Tyche standing left, holding cornucopia in left hand and patera over burning altar in right. BCD Peloponnesos – (cf. 1375-6 for reverse type for Caracalla and Geta). Apparently unpublished type, save for an auction appearance, NAC 100, 2017, 1184 (same obverse die). Extremely rare. Very fine.
