Nude rider on horse rearing to right, stabbing with spear held in his right hand and holding two other spears and shield with his left; below, API. Rev. ΤΑΡΑΣ Phalanthos, nude, riding dolphin left, holding kantharos in right hand and trident with left; to left, KΛ. Fischer-Bossert Group 941 (V365/R729). HN III 939. SNG ANS 1018. Vlasto -. Die-break on the shoulder of Phalanthos (mentioned by Fischer-Bossert as being distinctive for this die combination!), otherwise, good very fine.
