ELIS. Olympia. 107th Olympiad, 352 BC. Stater (Silver, 12.04 g, 12 h). F Α Head of Hera to right, wearing narrow stephane ornamented with a palmette and a lily. Rev. Eagle standing right with raised wings; all within olive wreath. BCD Olympia 134 (same dies). Jameson 1241 = Seltman, Temple 314a (EX/β, this coin). A lovely coin, beautifully toned and struck on a broad flan. Good very fine - nearly extremely fine.
