Bust of the Virgin orans within the city walls furnished with four groups of towers; to left and right of Virgin, star Rev. Christ, nimbate, standing facing and blessing the kneeling figures of bearded Andronicus II on left and Andronicus III on right, both wearing divitision and loros and holding outermost arm to chest; in upper field IC - XC.
