INDIA, Kushan Empire. Kanishka II, Circa 225-240. Dinar (Gold, 22mm, 7.85 g 12), Mint I (A). Kanishka standing facing, his head turned to left, sacrificing over altar to left and holding filleted standard; to left, filleted trident; Brahmi "Ha" to right of altar and "Vi" to right of scepter. Rev. Ardoxsho seated facing on throne, feet on mat, holding filleted investiture garland and cornucopia; “La” in Brahmi to right of feet, tamgha to upper left. Donum Burns 597. MK 541. Rare. Nearly extremely fine.
