THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 462/1-460 BC. Obol (Silver, 0.98 g 11). Head and neck of bull to left, head facing front. Rev. ΛΑ Head of bridled horse to right within incuse square. Herrmann Group III. Liampi 1996, IA, 15b, pl. 4, 26 (this coin, but weight and die axis incorrect). Toned and attractive. Tiny scrape on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
