ATTICA, Athens. Circa 165-42 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 30mm, 16.65 g 12), Dorothe(os), Dioph..., and Diokle(ides), struck 132/1. Head of Athena to right, wearing necklace, pendent earring, and triple-crested Attic helmet decorated with the protomes of four horses above the visor, a Pegasos in flight rightward above the raised earpiece. Rev. A-ӨE / ΔΩP/OӨE / ΔIO/KΛE - ΔIOΦ Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; to right, forepart of lion to right; below amphora, ΔI; all within wreath. Thompson 384e-f. Very fine.
