ARGOLIS. Epidauros. Circa 250-245 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15.5 mm, 2.28 g, 9 h), light weight. Laureate and bearded head of Asklepios to left; behind, Ε. Rev. Monogram of ΕΠ within laurel wreath. BCD Peloponnesos 1242 (same dies). Requier, Series 3 [2] 175-189 (D1/R3, these dies). Rare. Clear and toned. Struck from worn dies, otherwise, very fine.
