THESSALY. Larissa. Early-mid 4th century BC. Drachm (Silver, 18 mm, 6.02 g, 7 h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly right, wearing an ampyx. Rev. ΛΑΡΙ Horse feeding to right, with straight legs. BCD Thessaly II 247 (same dies). Lorber 69.1 (same dies). Lovely old toning and with an attractive head of Larissa. Minor roughness, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
