TR P XXI IMP IIII COS III Two winged Victories facing each other, jointly holding wreathed globe inscribed S P Q R / VIC /PARTHI/CAE; below, defeated Parthian wearing bashlyk, seated to left in attitude of mourning on a pile of arms. Banti 475. Cohen -. Gnecchi 48. Very rare. An impressive and elegant medallion of refined style, and with fine reddish-brown patina . Some marks and abrasions, otherwise, very fine.
