THESSALY. Trikka. Circa 440-400 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 17 mm, 1.98 g, 1 h). Youthful hero, Thessalos, nude but for cloak and petasos hanging over his shoulder, striding right, holding a band in both his hands around the head of the forepart of a bull moving right. Rev. TP-IK/K-A-I-OΝ Forepart of bridled horse to right; all within incuse square. Cf. BCD Thessaly II 775.2-3. HGC 4, 311. Fine.
