ATTICA. Athens. Pseudo-autonomous issue, time of Gallienus, circa 264-267. (Bronze, 21 mm, 6.75 g, 9 h). Draped bust of Athena to right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet, aegis on left shoulder. Rev. ΑΘΗΝΑΙΩΝ Facing bucranium with fillets hanging from its horns. Kroll 404. Svoronos pl. 99, 19-22. Brown patina. Porous, otherwise, nearly very fine.
