Heraclius, with Heraclius Constantine and Heraclonas, 610-641. Solidus (Gold, 20 mm, 4.46 g, 12 h), Constantinople, 3rd officina = Γ, indiction year Θ = 9 = 635/6. From left to right, Heraclonas, wearing a simple cap, and Heraclius and Heraclius Constantine, both wearing cross-topped crowns, standing facing; each holds a globus cruciger in his right hand and his robe in his left; in field to right, above Heraclonas' head, cross. Rev. VICTORIA AVGЧ Γ / CONOB+ Cross potent on base and three steps; in field to left, Heraclian monogram; in field to right, Θ. DOC 35a. MIB 41. SB 760. Very sharp and lustrous. Some very minor marks, otherwise, virtually as struck.
