AKARNANIA. Leukas. Circa 350-300 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 8.47 g, 6 h). Λ Pegasos flying right. Rev. Helmeted head of Athena to right; behind neck, Α; behind head, grape vine with bunch of grapes over the mouth of a tall amphora on a stand. BCD 278. BMC 87. Calciati 128. Clear and well-struck. Some corrosion on the obverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
