SPAIN. Castulo. Mid 1st century BC. Unit (Bronze, 28 mm, 14.55 g). Diademed male head to right; in field to right, here barely visible, crescent to right. Rev. kaśtilo Sphinx walking to right, left forefoot raised; in field to right, 8-pointed star. SNGBM 1314 ff. CGB MBS 53, April 2012, 622 (same dies). A remarkably attractive piece, with a very dark green patina and a male head of an extremely pleasing, local style of great charm. About extremely fine.

Rev. sekaisa Horseman galloping to right, holding palm branch over his left shoulder. ACIP 1544; SNG BM Spain 833-40. Clear and attractive with a fine tan-olive patina. Good very fine.

Rev. sekobirikes Helmeted cavalryman riding to right, holding couched lance with his right hand. SNG BM Spain 1059 var. Toned, and with an elegant, tall head on the obverse. About extremely fine.
