Jovinus, usurper, 411-413. Siliqua (Silver, 10 mm, 1.17 g, 7 h), Lugdunum. DN IOVIN-VS [PF AVG] Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Jovinus to right. Rev. VICTOR[-I-A] AVGG / SMLDV Roma seated left on cuirass, holding Victory on globe in her outstretched right hand and reversed spear in her left. Cohen 4. Bastien 258. RIC 1717. Very rare. Attractively dark toned as found. Struck on a slightly misshaped and underweight flan, otherwise, good very fine.
