Herennius Etruscus, as Caesar, 249-251. Aureus (Gold, 19 mm, 3.46 g, 6 h), Rome, circa 250-251. Q HER ETR MES DECIVS NOB C Bareheaded and draped bust of Etruscus to right. Rev. PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS Prince standing left, holding standard in his right hand and spear in his left. Calicó 3312 (but with a photograph of a coin of Hostilian in error). Cohen 32. RIC 148a. Trau 2806 (same obverse die). Extremely rare. With some almost invisible marks, otherwise, good very fine.
