PVDICITIA AVG Pudicitia, veiled, standing facing, head turned to left, holding scepter in her left hand and drawing veil with her right. Calicó 3307. Cohen 16 corr (draped). RIC 58a (Trajan Decius). Rare. Clear and well-centered, toned and with a fine portrait. Minor marks and scratches on the reverse, otherwise, about extremely fine.

From the Trausnitz Collection, Nomos 19, 17 November 2019 319 &Aufhäuser 8, 9 November 1991, 537.

For some unknown reason, Herennia's aurei with a standing Pudicitia are very much rarer than those with Pudicitia seated.
