Phoenix with spread wings arising from the flames; above, rays of the rising sun and cross; the whole within a linear circle; around, ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ✶ ΠΟΛΙΤΕΙΑ αωκα' = 1821 in Greek alphabetic numerals. Rev. ΚΥΒΕΡΝIΤΗΣ Ι.Α. ΚΑΠΟΔΙΣΤΡΙΑΣ 1828᛫ (sic!) around a wreath of olive and laurel enclosing the denomination, 1 / ΛΕΠΤON in two lines. Chase 101a (A/a1). Divo -. Karamitsos T.1. KM Pn1.
