ATTICA. Athens. Circa 449-404 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 17.14 g, 8 h). Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet with palmette and three olive leaves. Rev. ΑΘΕ Owl standing to right, head facing; behind, olive spray and crescent moon; all within incuse quare. HGC 4, 1597. Kroll 8. SNG Copenhagen 31. Toned. Graffito in reverse field, otherwise, good very fine.
