THESSALY, Thessalian League. Late 2nd - mid 1st century BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 5.94 g, 12 h), struck under the magistrates Eurydamantos and Hegesaretos. Head of Zeus to right, wearing oak wreath. Rev. ΘEΣΣA/ΛΩN / EY-PYΔ[A]/Μ-Α/Ν-Τ/Ο-Σ / [HΓHΣAPETOΣ] Athena Itonia striding right, hurling spear with her right hand and extending shield in her left. BCD Thessaly I 866.1. Cf.
