Trajan Decius, 249-251. Double Sestertius (Orichalcum, 36 mm, 38.12 g, 12 h), Rome, 250. IMP C M Q TRAIANVS DECIVS AVG Radiate and cuirassed bust of Decius to right, with his paludamentum on his far shoulder. Rev. FELICITAS SAECVLI / S - C Felicitas standing left, holding standard in her right hand and cornucopia with her left. Banti 9. Cohen 39. RIC 115a. A splendid, well-struck and well-preserved example, with a powerful portrait and a fine reddish-brown and green patina. Some minor smoothing in the fields, otherwise, extremely fine.
