KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip III Arrhidaios, 323-317 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27 mm, 17.13 g, 12 h), Babylon. Head of youthful Herakles in lion's skin headdress to right. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ Zeus seated to left on throne, holding eagle on his outstretched right hand and long scepter in his left; to left, wheel above monogram; below throne, monogram. Price P189. Toned, clear, and of attractive style. Good very fine.
