ATTICA. Athens. Circa 198 BC. (Bronze, 20 mm, 5.92 g, 12 h). Head of Zeus to right, wearing fillet. Rev. AΘE Panathenaic amphora; to left, small owl; the whole within olive wreath. Kroll 76. Svoronos pl. 25, 19 (this coin but cleaned since 1926). Slightly rough surfaces, otherwise, very fine.

From the Vineyard Collection, ex Classical Numismatic Group 50, 23 June 1999, 701 and recorded by Svoronos in the early 1920s from Dr. Jacob Hirsch .
