AKARNANIA. Leukas. Circa 320-280 BC. Stater (Silver, 21 mm, 8.51 g, 10 h). Pegasus with straight wings flying to right; below, Λ. Rev. Head of Athena to right, wearing Corinthian helmet; behind, Λ and an ithyphallic Herm on base and two steps, with a kerykeion propped diagonally to right from the base . BCD Akarnania -. BMC 63. Calciati 102. An attractive piece, nicely toned. Good very fine.
