Pillet, plain edge and with a center hole. 10 / ΛΕΠΤΑ Owl standing facing on a Panathenaic amphora lying on its side; to right, olive branch; below, CH. PILLET; ΕSSAI, in tiny letters, in the upper right field. Rev. BAΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ / ΤΗΣ /ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ / 1912 in four lines; to right, the crown of the Kingdom of Greece. Divo -. Karamitsos T.81 (this coin, but not illustrated), KM E27. Extremely rare, only the second example known. Graded by NGC as "PF 64". Cert number: 2908902-007.

KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip III Arrhidaios, 323-317 BC. Drachm (Silver, 17 mm, 4.23 g, 11 h), Kolophon, circa 323-319. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and, in his right, eagle standing right with closed wings; to left, monogram of ΠΑ; below throne, Α. Price P47. A few light scrapes on the obverse, light porosity, otherwise, good very fine.
