Andronicus II Palaeologus, with Michael IX, 1282-1328. Trachy (Copper, 18 mm, 1.26 g, 6 h), Thessalonica, 1295-1320. Cross with stars in the upper angles and Bs in the lower. Rev. (fragmentary inscription) Andronicus (to left) and Michael (to right), standing facing jointly holding long patriarchal cross between them. DOC 774-777. LPC 80,23. PCPC 234. SB -. Dark green patina. Double-struck, otherwise, very fine.
