KINGS OF THRACE. Lysimachos, 305-281 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 28.5 mm, 16.79 g, 12 h), Magnesia ad Maeandrum, circa 297/6-281. Diademed head of Alexander the Great to right with horn of Ammon over his ear. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ Athena seated to left on throne, leaning her left elbow on her shield and, in her right hand, holding Nike, crowning the king's name; behind, transverse spear; in inner left field, ΠYP monogram. Müller 552. Thompson 113. Nicely toned. Good very fine.
