MYSIA. Pergamon. Circa 166-67 BC. Cistophoric Tetradrachm (Silver, 28.5 mm, 12.48 g, 12 h), c. 92-88. Basket (cista mystica) from which snake coils; around, ivy wreath with fruits. Rev. Two snakes coiled around a bow case; to left, ΠEPΓ monogram; to right, serpent-entwined staff of Asclepius; between snakes' heads, AΣ above monogram of ΠPYT. Kleiner, Hoard 29. SNG France -. Nicely toned. Obverse struck from the usual slightly worn die, otherwise, good very fine.
