SICILY. Akragas. Circa 415-406 BC. Hemilitron (Bronze, 27 mm, 13.88 g, 2 h). AKPA Eagle right, clutching dead hare in its talons. Rev. Crab; above, fig leaf upwards; below, crayfish swimming to left; six pellets in the fields. HGC 2, 136. Westermark, Coinage, 694-5 (this obverse die, but struck from a different reverse die). Brown patina. Slightly off-center reverse, otherwise, very fine.
