Rev. + IҺSЧS XRISTЧS ЬASILЄЧ ЬASILЄ in four lines; floral decoration above and below. DOC A2.24. SB 1813. With a spectacular portrait of Jesus Christ. Overstruck and with some flat areas, otherwise, extremely fine.

Rev. Θ CE ΒΟΗΘ ΡωΜΑΝω / ΜΘ On the left, Romanus standing facing, wearing crown and loros (with four pellets in the end), holding globus cruciger with his left hand; on the right, the Virgin, nimbate and wearing robes, crowning the emperor with her right hand and holding maphorion in her left. DOC 1d.9. SB 1819. A well centered example with clear portraits. Nearly extremely fine.

Rev. +CωnSTAnT bASILEuS RM Crowned facing bust of Constantine IX, wearing collar piece and loros, and holding a cross-tipped scepter in his right hand and a globus cruciger in his left. DOC 3. SB 1830. Wavy and straightened flan, otherwise, good very fine.
