KINGS OF SOPHENE. Arkathias II, ca. 93/90-90/89 BC. Tetrachalkon (Bronze, 17 mm, 6.33 g, 11 h), Arkathiokerta (?). Diademed head of Arkathias II to right, wearing bashlyk. Rev. BACI APKA (retrograde) Nike standing to left, holding wreath with her extended right hand and palm. ACV -. CSC -. Kovacs 31 (this obverse die). Extremely rare. Completely unpublished prior to Kovacs in 2016. Obverse struck off center, otherwise, nearly very fine.
