PILLET; ΕSSAI, in tiny letters, in the upper right field. Rev. BAΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ / ΤΗΣ /ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ / 1912 in four lines; to right, the crown of the Kingdom of Greece. Divo -. PAMPHYLIA. Aspendos. Severus Alexander, 222-235. Diassarion (Bronze, 25 mm, 8.07 g, 6 h). Α Κ Μ ΑΥΡ CΕΥ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟC Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander to right, seen from rear. Rev. ACΠENΔIΩΝ Isis Pharia advancing to right, head turned to left, wearing lotus, holding sail and sistrum. RPC VI, 10885.2 (this coin). Extremely rare, with only two examples recorded by RPC editors, and only this coin available that is not in a museum. Very fine/very good.
