THRACE. Deultum. Philip I, 244-249. (Bronze, 25 mm, 9.82 g, 6 h). IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip to right. Rev. COL FL PAC DEVLT The Capitoline Triad: Zeus seated facing on throne, holding patera and scepter; to left, Hera standing facing, head left, holding patera and scepter; to right, Athena standing facing, head left, holding reversed spear and shield. Draganov 1626a (this coin). Jurukova 432. Varbanov 2999. Very rare; lovely green surfaces and with an unusual reverse. The best available example. Obverse struck slightly i, otherwise, about extremely fine.
