Head of youthful Herakles in lion's skin headdress to right. Rev. ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ Zeus seated to left on throne, holding eagle on his outstretched right hand and long scepter in his left;to left, Χ above star on cone; below throne, wreath. Ehrhardt 61B. Price 511. SNG Copenhagen 707. A rare variety; attractively toned and boldly struck. Good very fine.
