Rev. 1 ΔΡΑΧΜΗ / (anchor) 1833 A /✶ Crowned shield bearing the coat of arms of Greece with the Wittelsbach arms at the center; all within an olive wreath with ties below. Divo 12b. Karamitsos 104. LYDIA. Hermocapelia. Plotina, Augusta, 105-123. Assarion (Bronze, 19 mm, 3.49 g, 6 h), struck under Trajan. ΠΛΩΤΙΝΑ ϹΕΒΑϹΤΗ Draped bust of Plotina to right. Rev. ΕΡΜΟΚΑΠΗΛΕΙΤΩΝ Demeter veiled, wearing long chiton and peplos, standing left, holding ears of corn in her right hand, left resting on sceptre. GRPC Lydia 34. RPC III, 1872. Extremely rare, only three specimens known to RPC. Good fine.
