ΙΑΚΩΒΙΔΗΣ; privy marks cornucopia (for the Mint Director) and torch (for the Engraver General, Henri-Auguste Patey, 1896-1930) flanking the date. Rev. ΔΡΑΧΜH Veiled Thetis, seated to left on a hippocamp swimming to right, holding, with her right hand, the shield of Achilles adorned with a facing gorgoneion, and resting her left on her waist.
